Every EcoTiny home starts with a conversation. We’ll sit down with you to explore your vision, lifestyle, and the specific landscape your home will inhabit.
We don’t just look at floor plans — we look at the site, sun paths, breezes, and views, to ensure your home works in harmony with its surroundings. Whether you’re starting from a concept or a blank page, we’ll refine your brief until every detail feels exactly right.
Once the vision is set, you’ll collaborate with our team to make it your own. From tweaking our signature design to your own needs to the choice of materials we’ll use, we ensure every detail is considered.
Once you’re happy with the final project and ready to go, you will receive a final proposal including a breakdown into four stages: a 20% deposit, and three milestone payments at each stage of the build.
Weatherproof and enclosed. Exterior walls, roofing, windows, wet areas and doors installed.
Interior fit-out, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, fixtures and finishes. Delivery to the buyer’s specified location.
Your home comes to life in our workshop. We build with a focus on structural resilience and long-term quality, using materials chosen for their durability and low environmental impact.
You won’t be left wondering — we keep you in the loop with regular updates, photos, and opportunities to visit the workshop throughout the different stages of the building. You’ll see your home take shape, built by hands that care as much about the final result as you do.
The final stage is the most exciting. We manage the logistics of transporting your home to its new place, working with trusted partners to ensure a smooth, professional placement on-site.
When we hand over the keys, we don’t just leave you with a structure; we ensure you’re comfortable with your new systems and ready to settle in.
